Privacy Statement

The collection and use of personal information for the Application Form is for the purpose of assessing an applicant’s submission in the context of the innovative staffing and resource management strategy and is authorized under the authority of the Public Service Employment Act. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information is in accordance with the federal Privacy Act and in some cases, personal information may be disclosed without consent under subsection 8(2) of the Privacy Act. The personal information collected under this strategy is described in the Personal Information Banks (PIB): PSC 911.
