Member Code of Conduct and complaints process

Ethics and accountability are essential to a justice system that works for Canadians. Our member Code of Conduct and related complaints process help bring both accountability and transparency to our work.

The Code of Conduct makes it clear to everyone what we expect of our members. It describes the standards of behaviour that members must follow as fair and impartial decision makers.

If a member of the public believes that a Tribunal member has acted contrary to the Code of Conduct, they can file a complaint using the complaints process.
