Client surveys: we’re listening
At the Social Security Tribunal, we ask appellants about their experience with the appeal process. We do this after their hearing, but before they receive a decision. This way, the result of their appeal doesn’t influence their answers.
The surveys help us understand where we need to improve. We publish the feedback because we believe in being transparent about how the Tribunal works for Canadians.
We publish our survey results quarterly.
